A few tips...

• Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not usually adequate to create a quality job.
• As our products are lovingly handmade, we need to allow for 3mm tolerance of movement when printing and cutting, so bear this in mind when creating your designs, especially those with borders.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Production begins once your design and order list have been approved.

 

Before printing, you will receive an email containing a link to your final design proof for review and approval.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout using the delivery option selected.

1. Select Your Cue Cards – Choose your preferred cue card option and quantity.
2. Upload Your Artwork – Upload your artwork before, please make sure your design follows our Artwork Guidelines, (see above).
3. Checkout – Once your artwork has been uploaded, add your cue cards to your basket and complete your purchase.
4. Approve Your Proof – We’ll email you a digital proof of your cue cards for approval before we begin production.
5. Order Shipped – Once your cue cards are ready, we’ll dispatch your order and send you a tracking number.
