A few tips...

• Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not usually adequate to create a quality job.
• As our products are lovingly handmade, we need to allow for 3mm tolerance of movement when printing and cutting, so bear this in mind when creating your designs, especially those with borders.

Turnaround Times

Production begins once your design and order list have been approved.

Before printing, you will receive an email containing a link to your final design proof for approval.​

Production Timeframes

Standard Turnaround - 5 - 7 working days from approval

Bulk Order (2000+) Turnaround - 8 - 10 working days from approval

Please ensure you allow sufficient time for production, as we do not offer rush orders

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched to your shipping address using the delivery option selected at checkout.
