    1. Add your items to your cart and checkout

     

    2. After your purchase you will be prompted to upload your artwork. Please view our artwork guidelines below

     

    3. You will then receive a digital proof of your design from us via email to approve before your order is released to production. 

     

    4. Once your order is ready we will ship and send you your tracking number

  • Artwork Guidelines

    Colour Format: CMYK
    File Format: PSD, PDF, JPEG
    File Resolution: 300dpi

     

    AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED YOU WILL PROMPTED TO UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN

    A few tips...

    • Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. 

     

    • Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not usually adequate to create a quality job.

     

    • Use text and images wisely. Using contrasting colours helps to produce more vivid and eye-catching design - dark imagery onto a dark background just doesn't give the brightest results.

    • Standard Turnaround - 5 - 7 working days from approval of your order list
    • Bulk Order (100+) Turnaround - 8 - 10 working days from approval of your order list

    Please allow enough time to get your order complete, we do not offer rush orders
