  • Artwork Guidelines

    After your order you will be prompted to upload your artwork.

    Once we have received your artwork our team will be in contact with proofs for approval prior to print.

    Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial... 

    File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS 

    File Resolution: 300dpi 

     

    A few tips to get results... 

    Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed.  Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job. 

     

    Think about the placement and sizing of your artwork on the garment. Vinyl printing require block colours. If your design has gradients, we can either use the primary colour 

     

    We will separate your artwork for print for free if the file is high quality.  If your file needs a lot of work, or needs recreating, we can do this but we may charge.

  • Turnaround & Delivery Information

    Standard Turnaround - 5 - 7 working days from approval of your order list

     

    Bulk Order (100+) Turnaround - 8 - 10 working days from approval of your order list

     

    Please allow enough time to get your order complete, we do not offer rush orders

     

    Delivery

    Once your order is complete, it will be sent straight to your shipping address using Standard Delivery. You may upgrade your delivery service if you want your order to arrive sooner once completed

    • Next Day Delivery - Tracked 24 (1 - 2 Business Days)
    • Special Delivery - Next Business Day Guaranteed by 1pm

     

    We send all packages using a tracked service and will update you with your tracking number.
