Using our embroidery processes your design is recreated as threads, and we match the colour of the thread as closely as possible to the colours in your original artwork. We can embroider designs with up to 12 colours.

Included in the price is a digitised proof, which we will send across to you for approval before your order goes into production - so you can see how your design will look when embroidered.
 
When proofing your order, we will select the closest matching thread colour to your artwork.

    Beechfield Headwear Pro-style heavy brushed cotton cap  this is a unisex cap which would be perfect to wear at work or for general use. It is made from 100% heavy weight cotton drill and features the following a self-fabric strap with a tri-glide buckle and it is perfect for printing or embroidery. Colour wise there are 10 classic colours to choose from.

    Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial...

    Colour Format: CMYK
    File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
    File Resolution: 300dpi

    A few tips to get bold results...

    • Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed.  Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job.
    • When we receive your order through we will match your artwork to the closest possible thread colours.  You will receive a proof through of your digitised artwork with the thread colours before production begins.
    • Consider your design when you're choosing your hat colours - will it stand out, and look good?

  • Turnaround & Delivery Information

    Turnaround Times

    • Standard Turnaround - 5 - 7 working days from approval of your order list
    • Bulk Order (100+) Turnaround - 8 - 10 working days from approval of your order list

    Please allow enough time to get your order complete, we do not offer rush orders

    3. You will then receive a digital proof of your design from us via email to approve before your order is released to production.
