How They Arrive:

• Wrappers Only (W: 29.5 cm x H: 20 cm):

Prefer to handle the wrapping yourself? You’ll receive the printed wrapper sheets in the post. You’ll wrap and assemble them around your own crisp packets at home. A fun DIY option that adds a perfect for a personal touch​.

• Assembled Packet (W: 14.5 cm x H: 18.5 cm):

We take care of everything. Your crisp packets will arrive fully assembled using your personalised design, professionally printed and assembled by us.

Step 1: Your Design & Customisation
We begin by receiving your design or working closely with you to bring your idea to life. Whether you provide your own artwork or need help from our design team, we personalise every detail — including your logo, colours, text, and any images you’d like to include.

Step 2: Professional Printing on Gloss Paper
Once your design is finalised, we print it on high-quality gloss paper for a vibrant, sharp, and eye-catching finish. This gives your packaging a professional look that stands out at any event.

Step 3: Wrapping & Assembly
We carefully cut the printed design and apply strong adhesive to the back. Each wrapper is then expertly wrapped around your crisp packets to ensure a neat and polished presentation.

Step 4: Sealing & Final Touches
Finally, we seal each packet securely, creating a durable and attractive finish that’s ready to impress your guests.

1. Add to Cart & Checkout – Select your items, add them to your cart, and complete your purchase.
2. Upload Your Artwork – After checkout, you’ll be prompted to upload your design. Make sure to review our [Artwork Guidelines] before submitting.
3. Approve Your Proof – We’ll email you a digital proof of your design for approval before we begin production.
4. Order Shipped – Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it and send you a tracking number. Let us know if you need any help along the way!

A few tips...

• Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. 

• Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not usually adequate to create a quality job.

• Use text and images wisely. Using contrasting colours helps to produce more vivid and eye-catching design - dark imagery onto a dark background just doesn't give the brightest results.

 1. Do you make actual crisp packaging?

No. We do not create food-safe or branded crisp packaging. We create novelty wrappers printed on high-quality gloss paper, designed to be wrapped around existing shop-bought crisp packets for decorative and keepsake purposes.

2. Will the crisps stay fresh inside the wrapper?

Yes! Our wrappers are designed to be wrapped over sealed crisp packets, meaning the original packaging stays intact. This helps maintain freshness and ensures the crisps are safe to eat.

3. What about expiry dates?

If we are supplying the assembled packets, we always purchase crisps on the day of your order to ensure freshness. The original expiry date printed by the crisp manufacturer will remain on the back of the packet.

On average, UK multipack crisps have a shelf life of 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase, but this can vary slightly depending on the brand and flavour. If you need your order for a future event, let us know the date and we’ll ensure the crisps are suitable.

4. What do I receive if I order the wrappers only option?

If you select wrappers only, you’ll receive flat, printed wrappers on gloss paper. These are ready for you to wrap around your own crisp packets using double-sided tape or your preferred method.

5. What type of crisps do you use for assembled orders?

We typically use standard multipack crisps (such as those from Aldi), but you’re welcome to request a specific brand and we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on availability.

6. Do you offer refunds?

As these are bespoke, personalised items, we do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty or arrives damaged. Please review our product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
